i love anet. to an extent. all their free stuff is great, the game is wonderful, but some of their policies stink. i wont' complain about it here though hehe. I'm also looking forward to the wonderful new chapter thats gonna be out soon, and many more great skill combinations

Thanks Anet for the awesome game, it's lasted me longer than any p2p game I ever played, and is sure a lot more fun! Lived up to every expectation I had had since playing the world preview event, and in a few months my interest even gets renewed in an expansion that I can tell will top even the original.
Side note, I didn't know WoW did that?

yeah, everyone wants to complain about the assassins being over powered and what not.
GREAT weekend Anet. Loved it. Couldn't give a crap about PvP but I did test out the new classes all the same. Can't wait for chapter 2 now. Wish you would do a PvE event for us... but maybe thats asking for to much. Over all... awsome job with the log in screen also.
now NERF the complainers!

I would like to offer profound thanks as a casual player. I logged in Friday night and last night and the fond memories of beta came back.
Too bad some *people* are immature, or it would have been near perfect.
I had fun though. I didn't get as much done as I had hoped, but I did do the zaishen elite challenge, and zaishen challenge and unlocked some minor runes for the 2 new classes.
I do wish I had time to do tombs. I heard they were good but I didn't have the couple of hours to devote and didn't want to let other people's teams down. So that's about it.
All in all, if there is anythig bad it is usually because players give each other a hard time, i.e. when there is immature behavior or exploitation of bugs and such.
I always know that Arenanet will brighten my holidays, which is why I have ~1050 hours over 8 months and I don't even play hardcore (only weekends/holidays/free time). When christmas is no longer as fun as when you are younger, the fireworks and activities of Guild Wars brighten your day ( snowball fights ). When you cannot go out in a costume because you cannot bother to make one (time consuming) you get to hang out in Lion's Arch. Such is Guild Wars.

Thanks Anet for making GW as enjoyable as it is. Thanks for weeding out cheaters and dealing with the one's that spoil the game (scammers, pervs, potty-mouths, etc.)

thanks anet for making my favorite game GW and not only that all the suport that anet gives to GW
When i first heard of GW i thought ok it's free to play so they must just release it and let it sit. Not true at all not only are patches realeased and support given but anet actually cares alot about this game.
Thank you for all the added content
Holiday events like Mad King and Wintersday they were really good
The SF update
of course this weekend which was cool to see (now i can't decide if i want to make an assassin or Ritualist if we only get 1 added slot)
The new tombs area for PvE that was a nice surprise
great game with great support keep up the good work
